- Abstract
- 현행 유지관리는 인력 및 드론을 활용하여 촬영된 사진을 보고 외관조사망도를 작성하여 진행되고 있다. 외관조사망도에는 건축물의 평면도와 손상 위치 및 종류가 표시되어 있지만 사람이 작성하기 때문에 부정확하거나 해당 손상을 자세하게 알 수 없다. 때문에 건축물의 정보와 손상위치 및 손상종류 등을 동시에 표현하기 위해서 BIM의 Dynamo를 활용하여 객체의 좌표값과 연동하여 해당 건축물의 평면도 및 3D 모델, 손상 사진을 표현하는 디지털트윈 기초연구이다.
