Artificial Idle Land is a land or facilities created by the neglect of urban spaces due to government policy mistakes. Currently, the government is carrying out an Urban Renewal New Deal Project to reorganize old low-rise residential areas and revitalize the old town, but such Artificial Idle Lands are excluded from the policy. The Artificial Idle Lands are located in an important location in the city, so it is believed that there is a high possibility of local activation through utilization. Therefore, this study proposes a method of utilizing Artificial Idle Lands through a new urban planning methodology.-
