Abstract
The administrative centre of Malaysia, Putrajaya, or the Federal Territory of Putrajaya is the core and federal administrative city that planned, designed and built with the 2 concepts, which is intelligence City and well-being Garden City. Putting 2 of this concept as the main concept of the city, Putrajaya is becoming a significant administrative capital in the world. Putrajaya was started operating from 1999. With the inspiration from the methodology of city color extraction of Gimhae city color project, and the well-designed and detail city color master plan of Putrajaya"s city development partner, South Korea administrative city, Sejong, this study is to extract 90 environmental colors, 40 regional colors, and 10 representative color using the technique of Seoul city color extraction. Color Analysis through Digital Imaging (CADI) and Korea Standard Color Analysis (KSCA). In the future, this research will develop a Putrajaya significant color and city color guideline for Putrajaya.
