dc.description.abstractParagraph detection is an important task of OCR in the industrial field. Recently, many text detection methods have been proposed and the methods show the high performance in paragraph detection. However, the methods detect the paragraphs incorrectly that the document contains watermarks. To solve the issue, we propose a paragraph detection method using watermarks classifier. Experimentally, the result shows that the performance of our method has been improved by 3.8% over the previous method.-
