정신응급상황 대응 이동형 안정실 모듈의 필요성과 모듈러 건축 적용을 위한 고려사항에 관한 연구

Abstract

최근에는 일상생활 환경에서의 정신건강의학과적 증상 유발, 급성 정신질환의 악화와 더불어 신체 질환을 동반한 정신응급상황으로 인해 정신건강의학과를 방문하는 환자 수가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. COVID-19 감염병 유행 상황에서도 정신질환자의 감염 증가폭이 확대되는 양상을 보이고 있다. 이로 인해 감염병 확산 방지를 위해 의료진의 상시 관찰이 가능한 의료시설 내 별도의 격리병상 또는 정신응급의료시설 내 격리병상이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 정신응급상황에서 사용되는 안정실 모듈 계획의 현실성을 가늠하는 것이다. 이를 위해 안정실 모듈의 필요성과 모듈러 공법으로의 제작 가능성 그리고 의료공간으로 활용 가능성을 연구하였다. 논문의 연구 방법으로, 정신건강의학과 의료시설의 현황과 정신건강의학과적 관점에서 바라보 안정실 공간 필요성 분석을 통해 이동형 안정실 모듈이 갖는 가능성에 주 초점을 맞추었다. 결론적으로, 본 논문은 정신질환자를 위한 보호격리와 감염으로부터 안전하며 신체적 내·외과 처치를 수행할 수 있는 정신응급상황에 대응 가능한 이동형 의료시설 연구의 첫 과정으로, 이동형 안정실 모듈의 필요성과 모듈러 건축 기반으로서 활용 가능 여부를 판단하는데 그 목적이 있다.

In recent years, the psychiatry department has witnessed a surge in patient visits, attributed to the prevalence of psychiatric symptoms indaily life, worsening acute mental conditions, and concurrent emergency physical illnesses. Notably, even amid the COVID-19 pandemic, theinfection rate among psychiatric patients continues to rise. Consequently, there’s a growing demand for isolation beds for psychiatric patientswithin medical facilities, allowing constant monitoring by medical personnel to mitigate the spread of infections. This study aims to evaluatethe feasibility of implementing mobile architecture in the design of seclusion room modules for psychiatric emergency situations. The researchdelves into the requisites of a seclusion room module, its potential for modular construction, and its viability as a medical space. Methodologically, the focus centers on examining the viability of a mobile seclusion room module. This involves analyzing existing healthcareinfrastructure and the seclusion room requirement from a psychiatric department perspective. In conclusion, this study represents a foundationalstride toward a mobile medical space capable of providing infection-safe and protective isolation for mentally ill individuals, facilitating bothphysical and internal surgical treatments during emergencies. Additionally, this study explores the potential of creating a seclusion space basedon a modular construction method.
