Abstract
This study aims to focus on the improvement process and application effect of the business management system for the efficient management of PC construction projects that have recently attracted attention. In this study, literature review, case analysis, and expert interviews were conducted to identify the characteristics of PC construction projects and describe the key requirements and functions that the management system should have. Based on the field application process, the process of the PC construction project management system was improved and the effectiveness was evaluated through actual application in the field. As a result, the efficiency of management work was greatly improved, and unnecessary time and effort were greatly reduced over various stages such as factory production, transportation, and on-site installation. This study is meaningful in that it can identify the characteristics of the PC construction project, establish the requirements and functionality of the PC construction project management system, and prove its practicality through system process improvement and application effect analysis.
