dc.description.abstract이 연구에서는 건축구조물에서 가장 널리 사용되는 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 STS304로 제작된 2행 1열 이면전단 볼트접합부의 파단형태와 최대내력을 조사한다. 주요 변수는 평판두께와 하중방향 연단거리로 설정한다. 총 10개의 실험체가 계획·제작되었다. 하중방향 연단거리가 비교적 짧은 24mm 이하의 실험체에서는 종전단파단이 발생하였고, 반면에 하중방향 연단거리가 36mm 이상인 실험체에서는 전형적인 블록전단파단이 관찰되었다. 국내외 강구조설계기준(KDS, AISC, AISI, ASCE, AIJ and EC3)과 기존연구자 제안식에 의한 설계내력과 실험내력을 비교하였다. 현행기준식은 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 이면전단 볼트접합부의 내력을 과소평가하는 경향을 보였고 탄소강과 듀플렉스계 스테인리스강에 대한 기존 연구자 제안식이 실험내력과 양호한 대응을 보였다.-
dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the fracture patterns and ultimate strengths of the double shear two-bolted connections made of austenitic stainless steelSTS304, which is widely used in building structures. The main variables include the plate thickness and end distance in the loading direction. A total of 10 test specimens were planned and fabricated. For specimens with relatively short end distance of less than 24mm, shear-outfractures occurred, while, specimens with end distances of 36mm or more showed typical block shear fracture mode. The strengths of bothdomestic and international design codes (KDS, AISC, AISI, ASCE, AIJ and EC3) and the equations of shear-out and block shear fracturesproposed by the previous researcher were compared with test results. The current standards underestimated the test strengths of double sheartwo-bolted connections of austenitic stainless steel, and shear-out fracture and block shear fracture equations suggested by other researchersbased on carbon steel or duplex stainless steel bolted connections were found to provide good predictions.-
