dc.description.abstractRecently, the domestic construction industry has continued to decline, and the demand for new construction is gradually decreasing and the proportion of aging facilities is increasing. As a result, there is a gradual increase in the demand for remodeling to improve the desire to live in a good home and the value of real estate, along with concerns about safety in existing buildings. However, there is a lack of manpower to carry out the work in accordance with the growing market, and there are often no drawings during field surveys, and various problems such as lack of construction plans and air extension may occur. Accordingly, this study overcomes the existing manpower-based problems and limitations in line with the increasing remodeling market and confirms the accuracy and field applicability of indoor and outdoor scanning technology for efficient remodeling. As for the accuracy measurement method, a study is conducted to compare and measure the matched indoor and outdoor point cloud model, design drawings, and actual measurement.-
