Abstract
UV 경화형 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트를 이용하여 투과율 및 접착성이 높은 은나노 전극 전사용 접착 조성물을제조하였다. 실란이 캡핑된 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트(PUAS)는 폴리카프로락톤 디올, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트,2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 및 3-아미노프로필 트리에톡시실란을 사용하여 합성하였다. PUAS 기반 전사용접착 조성물은 PUAS 올리고머, 반응성 희석제 2-하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트 및 1,6-헥산디올 디아크릴레이트, 광개시제 1-하이드록시사이클로헥실 페닐 케톤을 배합하여 제조하였다. 광개시제 및 희석제 함량을 조절하여 PC/PC필름 간 접착 및 UV 경화특성에 미치는 영향을 비교하였다. 모든 조건에서 투과율 및 황색도는 양호하게 확인되었고, 희석제 함량이 증가함에 따라 내열성이 증가하였다. 또한, 희석제 함량이 증가함에 따라 PC/PC 필름 간 접착강도가 증가하였고, 은나노 전극의 전사가 잘되어 우수한 면저항 특성을 보유한 필름을 얻을 수 있었다.
We prepared adhesives for silver nanoelectrode transfer with high transmittance and adhesion using a UV-curable polyurethane acrylate. The silane-capped polyurethane acrylate (PUAS) contained polycaprolactone diol, isophorone diisocyanate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, and 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane. The PUAS-based adhesives were obtained using the PUAS oligomer, acrylic diluents (2-hydroxyethyl acrylate and 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate), and 1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone as photoinitiator. The adhesion properties of the PUAS-based adhesives between polycarbonate (PC)/PC films and their UV curing properties were compared by controlling the content of photoinitiator and diluents. Transmittance and yellowness were well confirmed for all adhesive types, and their heat resistance increased with increasing diluent content. In addition, as the diluent content increased, the adhesion strength of the PC/PC film increased, and the silver nanoelectrodes were efficiently transferred to the PC film, showing excellent sheet resistance properties. © 2023 The Polymer Society of Korea.
