- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for reducing the risk of preliminary ship officers' lack of exercise due to smartphone over-dependence while adapting to boarding life after adaption to school life and graduation. The subjects of this study were 235 high school students preparing to become the ship officer, and samples were taken using convenience sampling. In addition, the questionnaire was directly visited by high school in Incheon to distribute and collect surveys. And frequency analysis, Cronbach's α, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS ver.
26.0. First, over-dependence on smartphones affected school rules, companionship, and school classes, but did not affect teacher relations. Second, it was found that dependence on smartphones did not affect cognitive flow, but tolerance affected behavioral flow. Finally, it was found that companionship had an effect on cognitive flow and behavioral flow, and teacher relationship also had an effect on cognitive flow. Accordingly, it seems necessary to cope with smartphone over-dependence in advance because it is a preliminary hazard that can directly affect school life adaptation and exercise flow, and it is a preliminary hazard that can directly affect the job.
