dc.description.abstractWhen evaluating the collapse resistance performance of a large-scale structure, finite element method is commonly used for analyzing the process of progressive collapse. However, large and multi-story structures require a significant amount of time in modeling and analysis process. In this study, a sub-assembly model (2bayx1bayx7story) was analyzed with varying number of stories of which entire model is 8bayx5bayx7story. By comparing the analysis result of sub-assembly models with varying number of stories and entire structure, the influence of upper story number was evaluated.-
