한국프로야구에서 선수들의 로봇심판에 대한 판정인식에 따른 심리상태 및 경기력 및 정착방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 로봇심판에 대한 심판인식이 한국 프로야구 선수들의 심리상태와 경기력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는것을 목적으로 하였다. 또한, 전문가들의 심층면담을 통해 로봇심판이 KBO리그에 정착할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 로봇심판의 심판의 판정을 받을 경험이 있는 전문야구선수를 포함한 200명의 전문야구선수를 대상으로설문조사를 실시하여 최종적으로 191개의 설문조사를 분석에 활용하였다. 또한, 관련 전문가 7명을 연구 참여자로 선정한후 귀납적 범주분석을 실시하였다. 1단계에 대한 연구결과 로봇심판에 대한 인식 중 일관성, 신뢰성, 공정성은 선수들의심리상태에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 신속성은 선수들의 심리상태에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한, 로봇심판 심판인식 요인 중 공정성은 선수들의 경기력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 일관성, 신뢰성, 신속성은 선수들의 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 로봇심판의 심판인식에 따른 선수들의 심리상태는 경기력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 2단계에 대한 연구결과 6개의 상위범주와 15개의 하위범주가도출되었다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the perception of judgment on robot umpires affects the psychological state and performance of players in Korean professional baseball. In addition, through in-depth interviews with experts, a plan for robot umpires to settle in the KBO League was suggested. As a result of the study on the first stage, consistency, reliability, and fairness among the factors of robot umpire judgment recognition were found to have a positive (+) effect on the players' psychological state. However, quickness had no significant effect on the players' psychological state. Also, among the factors of robot umpire judgment recognition, fairness was found to have a positive (+) effect on players' performance. However, consistency, reliability, and quickness had no significant effect on players' performance. Third, it was confirmed that the psychological state of the players according to the robot umpire's judgment recognition had a positive (+) effect on performance. In addition, As a result of the research on the second stage, 6 main-categories and 12 sub-categories were derived.
