dc.description.abstract | It may be thought that the consuming goods designed by package designers are made from the interests only about the products` functions at the moment, and there is hardly indication to consider about the serious problems of the remnants to threaten the mankind after disposal. For instance, it is not exaggerated to say that there is almost not the studies on the remnants from the designer`s consumption. "Wastes" comprising garbage, combustibles, waste oil, waste acid, waste alkali and animal corpses are useless materials for living and industrial purposes. The wastes are split into `living wastes` and `industrial wastes` according to waste management law. `Living wastes` are disposed from home, department store and large-sized distribution companies except plants. `Industrial wastes` are discharged from the factories established in compliance with Article 2.1 of industrial arrangement and plant establishment law and furnished with discharging facilities subject to atmosphere environmental conservation law, water environmental conservation law or noise-vibration restriction law. Besides, the wastes from the factories, designated wastes, and more than 300kg of daily wastes from construction or working sites are specified into `industrial wastes`. `Designated wastes` here include the anti-environment pollutants such as the waste oil and waste acid and so on specified by the President decree. | - |
