여성축구 동호회원의 코치 자율성지지 및 동료 관계성지지가 그릿과 운동 지속의사에 미치는 영향

Abstract

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 여성축구 동호회원의 코치와 동료 간의 관계가 그릿과 운동 지속의사에 미치는영향을 알아봄으로써 이에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고, 여성축구 동호회원들에게 코치와 동료 역할의 중요성을 알리는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법: 여성축구 동호회원 271명을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, 2023년 2월 14일부터 2023년 3월 19일까지 동호회를 직접 방문하여 설문을 실시하였으며, 추가적으로 온라인 설문을 활용해 설문을 하였다. 설문지는 신뢰도, 타당도 검증을 거친 후 기술통계 분석, 상관관계 분석 그리고 다중회귀분석 등을 활용하여 연구의 목적에 맞게 자료를 분석하였다. 결과: 본 연구 결과는 첫째, 축구동호회에 참여하고 있는 여성들의 코치 자율성지지가 그릿의 하위요인인 노력 지속성과 흥미 일관성에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 동료 관계성지지는 그릿의 하위요인인 노력 지속성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 그릿의 하위요인인 흥미 일관성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 축구동호회에 참여하고 있는 여성들의 코치 자율성지지 및 동료 관계성지지가 운동 지속의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 여성축구 동호회원에게 코치 자율성지지와 동료 관계성지지가 그릿과 운동 지속의사에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 즉, 여성축구 동호회원들이 운동을 포기하지 않고 지속적으로 참여하기 위해서는 코치의 역할 보다 동료의 역할이 중요하겠다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the impact of women's soccer club members' relationship with their coaches on their intention to continue exercising and to provide basic data to women's soccer club members. Method: 271 women's soccer club members were selected as research subjects, and from February 14, 2023 to March 19, 2023, they visited the club in person to conduct a survey, and additionally used an online survey to conduct a survey. After verifying reliability and validity, the questionnaire analyzed the data according to the purpose of the study using descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: First, the results of this study showed that women participating in soccer clubs did not significantly affect both effort persistence and interest consistency, which are sub-factors of grit, but did not significantly affect interest consistency, which is a sub-factor of grit. Second, it was found that women participating in soccer clubs' support for coach autonomy and peer relationship had a significant effect on their intention to continue exercising. Conclusion: Based on the results of the above study, it was confirmed that coach autonomy and peer relationship support partially had a significant effect on the intention to continue grit and exercise for female soccer club members. In other words, in order for female soccer club members to continue to participate without giving up sports, the role of colleagues will be more important than the role of coaches.
