Abstract
본 연구자는 국내 PET 수축라벨 절취선의 비교분석으로 기존 절취선은 제조사와 브랜드에 따라 구조, 천공 형태, 너비, 높이, 크기, 간격이 다르다는 것을 확인하였다. 그 결과 PET 수축라벨 절취선은 소비자가 라벨을 제거하는 과정 에서 불편함을 느끼는 것과 연관성이 있을 것이라고 유추하였다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 소비자가 투명페트병 분리 배출 과정에서 겪고 있는 라벨 제거의 불편을 해결할 수 있는 절취선 구조 모형을 제안한다. 이를 위해 연구자는 사선 절취선 모형을 설계하고 1, 2차 절취 실험을 하였다. 1차 실험 결과 만족도가 평균 87%로 나타나 유의미한 결과를 확인하였다. 그리고 2차 실험에서는 PET 수축라벨은 절취선 구조에 따라 절취 정도가 다르다는 것을 실험으로 확인한 것에 의미가 있으며, 사선 구조 절취선은 인열강도가 약하여 절취선으로 효용성이 있다는 것을 확인한 것에 의의가 있다.
The researchers found through comparative analysis of domestic PET shrink label perforation lines that the existing perforation lines differed in structure, hole shape, width, height, size, and spacing depending on the manufacturer and brand. As a result, it was inferred that the perforation lines of PET shrink labels may be related to the inconvenience that consumers feel when removing labels. Therefore, this study proposes a perforation line structure model that can solve the inconvenience of label removal that consumers experience during the separate collection of clear PET bottles. To this end, the researchers designed a diagonal perforation line model and conducted first and second cutting experiments. The results of the first experiment showed significant results with an average satisfaction rate of 87%. In the second experiment, it was confirmed through experimentation that the degree of cutting of PET shrink labels differs depending on the perforation line structure. As a result, it is noteworthy and significant that it was confirmed that diagonal perforation lines have utility as cutting lines due to their low heat resistance.
