| dc.description.abstract | 최근 스마트 홈과 스마트 시티에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 시장 역시 점점 더 커지고 있다. 스마트 아파트는 스마트 시티의 일부로서 관심이 높아지고 있으며 다양한 서비스들이 등장하고 있다. 하지만 서비스들이 등장할 뿐 이 서비스들을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 플랫폼에 대한 연구는 아직 많이 부족하다. 국내에서는 연구가 진행되지 않고 있으며 해외에서는 아파트의 환경이 국내의 실정과는 맞지 않다. 본 논문에서는 국내에 도입 가능한 스마트 아파트의 서비스를 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. | - |
