- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 PDR(Phase Domain Response)에 따른 4-stage ring oscillator locking 현상에 대해 연구를 진행한다. Injection locking 현상과 PDR에 대한 기본적인 이론을 서술하고 이를 토대로 PDR 그래프가 locking하는 것에 있어 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 확인한다. PDR 그래프는 injection 한번만 주었을 때 입력신호의 위상변화에 따라 출력신호의 위상의 변화량을 그렸으며 이를 기반으로 입력신호를 injection point에 따른 locking time을 예측할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PDR 그래프로 예측한 locking time과 실제 측정한 locking time을 분석하여 효율적인 injection point를 제공한다.
