dc.description.abstractAn unmanned convenience store is a new concept of the retail industry. Maybe in the near future, a robot worker receives customer order. In this scenario, customers order the product using an interactive kiosk which communicates with the service robotic system. The robotic system should be equipped with sensors, mobile manipulator, gripper, and wireless communication. In this paper, this service scenario was designed and implemented in the convenience store environment to corroborate effectiveness of the autonomous service robotic system and to see what improvements is to be made.-
