| dc.description.abstract | This study presents a test rig that measures static and dynamic load characteristics of hybrid thrust bearings. The test rig measures a fluid film thickness of a hybrid thrust bearing with respect to a thrust collar under a constant supply pressure and a static load. The test data paves the way for future research about static and dynamic load characteristics of hybrid thrust bearings. | - |
