| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 고온에서 DRAM을 테스트 하는 기존 방법의 단점을 분석하고 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 국소부위만 가열이(Local Heating) 가능한 고온 테스트 장비와 시스템을 제시한다. 동시에 고온 테스트 장비 제작시의 핵심 요소를 기술하고 제작 과정 중 발생한 문제점과 그에 대한 해결법을 제시한다. DDR3 DIMM module의 Retention 실험을 통하여 제시한 장비의 고온 실험 가능성을 입증하였다. | - |
