dc.description.abstract | This paper presents the ground bounce analysis method in CAM match circuitry. It models the discharging paths from the match-line based on physical structure of the match circuitry in NOR type CAMs. Different structures resulted in different maximum ground bounce noises, which can create significant signal integrity issues when the paths are wrongly modeled. Spice simulation showed that the different modeling cases of current path structures showed maximum 93.5% discrepance of di/dt in CAM cell ground. | - |
