| dc.description.abstract | RFID는 물류관리, 보안, 유비쿼터스 등 많은 분야에서 시스템의 중추적인 기술로 사용되고 있으며 앞으로 무한한 발전 가능성을 지니고 있는 분야이다. 최근 RFID는 다양한 분야로 적용이 기대되면서 경쟁적인 개발이 이루어 지고 있다. 본 논문은 International standard ISO/IEC 18000-6 Type B를 만족하는 UHF대역의 RFID 수동형 태그 Type B를 VHDL를 사용하여 설계하고 검증하였다. | - |
