dc.description.abstract | The existing structural lightweight concrete is manufactured using almost lightweight aggregate, but it almost depends on income of lightweight aggregate from abroad because very few lightweight aggregate exists in Korea. In this study we investigate the possibility of development of structural lightweight concrete using only the general aggregate and micro foam agent. In the experiment, we established relation between mix proportion of micro form agent and density of fresh concrete with changing amount of micro form agent. Also, we made base concrete which is high strength concrete to increase matrix strength of the concrete in this experiment. And we tested weight of concrete by changing five kinds of mix proportion of micro foam agent to the concrete. Measurement items are density of fresh concrete, density of hardened concrete of air-dry and full-dry condition, slump or slump flow, compressive strength and elastic modulus. As the result, we can develop the structural lightweight concrete which has 1.83ton/m3 density of air-dry condition and 35 MPa compressive strength in 28-day using only micro form agent. | - |
