The blue and white porcelain firing technique is one of China’s nationally recognized intangible cultural heritage (ICH) items. However, it currently faces multiple challenges, including the loss of traditional craftsmanship, environmental concerns, and rising costs. The advent of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) offers new methods for preserving and transmitting ICH through its ability to generate high-quality image data. This study established a dataset of traditional blue and white porcelain patterns and utilized AI generative technologies to rapidly create innovative designs. The results demonstrate the successful development of an auxiliary design system that aids designers in generating diverse and personalized patterns. This system streamlines the design process and facilitates the practical application of these patterns in everyday life. The significance of this research lies in providing a novel technological approach to the innovative design of blue and white porcelain patterns, while opening new pathways for the digital preservation and development of ICH. It fosters the integration of traditional culture with modern technology, enhancing the vitality and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage.-
