- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 겨울철 초기동해 방지를 위해 생석회와 물의 발열반응 메커니즘을 이용한 발열시트 를 제작하였다. 발열시트의 효과를 알아보기 위해 거푸집에 부착해 주었고, 모르타르를 타설하였다. -10 °C 의 챔버안에서 72시간동안 보관하였으며 온도이력 및 압축강도 측정을 실시하였다. 발열시트를 부착한 거푸집에서 온도상승과 높은 압축강도를 나타냈다.
In this study, a heating sheet was fabricated, which exploited the exothermic reaction between quicklime and water. To figure out heating sheet’s effect, the heating sheet was attached to a form and mortar was poured on it. It was stored in a – 10 °C chamber for 72 hours, its temperature history recording, measurement of compressive strength. A form with heating sheet attached experienced a temperature rise and exhibited a high compressive strength.
