dc.description.abstract | PURPOSE: 본 연구는 4주 간의 마늘 발효액 도포 처치가 대학 야구선수들의 어깨 상해부위의 시각적 사상척도(VAS), 관절가동범위(ROM), 등속성 근기능에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. METHOD: 연구참여자는 H대학의 야구선수 8명을대상으로 진행하였고, 처치는 일 10분, 주 2회, 4주간 진행되었다. VAS는 처치 전, 중, 후로, ROM과 등속성근기능검사는 처치 전후로 측정을 실시하였다. 시기에 따른 차이는 일원분산분석과 대응 t-검정으로 분석하였으며, 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05 이다. RESULTS: 시기에 따른 VAS, 좌우측의 어깨 관절의 굴곡, 신전, 내전, 외전, 내회전, 우측 외회전에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p˂.05). CONCULUSION: 본 연구에서 4주 간의 마늘발효액 도포가 VAS, ROM에 시기간 긍정적인 효과를 나타낸 것을 알 수 있었다. | - |
dc.description.abstract | PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the application of fermented garlic substance over a 4-week period on the VAS, ROM, and isokinetic muscle function of shoulder injury sites in university baseball athletes. METHOD: The study was conducted with 8 baseball players from H University. The treatment was applied for 10 minutes, twice a week, over 4 weeks. VAS was measured before, during, and after the treatment, and ROM and isokinetic muscle function tests were conducted before and after the treatment. The data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and paired t-test. The level of statistical significance was set at α=.05. RESULTS: Statistically significant differences were observed in VAS, ROM in shoulder joint flexion, extension, adduction, abduction, internal rotation, and right external rotation between time points. CONCLUSION: It was found that fermented garlic substance for 4 weeks had an effect on VAS and ROM. | - |
