中国文化遗产数字化背景下使用者技术接受度研究 -基于UTAUT模型实证分析-

Abstract

本文以中国文化遗产数字化技术为研究背景, 基于UTAUT理论构建出中国文化遗产数 字化技术接受度研究模型, 对影响使用者技术接受度的相关因素进行了实证探讨。并将使用 者对技术的使用经验与自愿性作为调节变量, 进一步探索了使用者内在因素对技术接受度的 影响。采用结构方程模型(SEM)和Process对研究假设进行了验证。结果表明, 绩效期望、努 力期望、社会影响和促成条件均与行为意向存在显著的正向关系。特别是数字化技术与文 化遗产相融合所带来的空间临场感以及人工智能的帮助性因素, 同样显著促进了使用者的行 为意向。此外, 促成条件对使用态度的影响路径也表现出显著的正向关系。通过调节效应分 析发现, 使用者的使用经验显著影响了促成条件对行为意图及使用态度的路径关系, 自愿性 显著影响了促成条件对行为意图的路径关系, 皆呈现出正向的促进作用。整体来看, 使用者 能够对文化遗产数字化技术产生较高的技术接受度。并且通过提高使用者的使用经验和自 愿性, 能够进一步提升使用者在促成条件方面对技术的使用意向和态度。

본 연구는 중국 문화유산 디지털화 기술을 배경으로 하여, UTAUT 이론을 기반으로 한 기술 수용도 연구 모델을 구축하고, 사용자의 기술수용도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 특히, 사용자의 기술 활용 경험과 자발성을 조절 변수로 설정하여, 내재적 요인이 기술수용도에 미치는 영향을 추가적으로 검토하였다. 연구가설 검증을 위해 구조방정식 모델(SEM)과 Process 기법을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 성과 기대, 노력 기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진 조건이 모두 행동 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 디지털 기술과 문화유산이 결합하여 제공하는 공간적 현장감(몰입감)과 인공지능(AI)의 보조 기능이 사용자의 행동 의도를 더욱 높이는 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 촉진 조건은 사용 태도에도 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 조절 효과 분석 결과, 사용 경험이 많을수록 촉진 조건이 행동 의도 및 사용 태도에 미치는 영향이 더욱 강해지는 것으로 나타났으며, 자발성 또한 촉진 조건이 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 강화하는 요인으로 작용하였다. 즉, 사용자가 기술을 더 자주 경험하고, 스스로 적극적으로 활용하려는 의지가 있을수록 디지털 문화유산 기술에 대한 수용도가 높아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 종합적으로 볼 때, 사용자들은 문화유산 디지털화 기술을 긍정적으로 받아들이는 경향을 보이며, 특히 사용 경험과 자발성이 높을수록 기술 활용 의도와 태도가 더욱 강화되는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 향후 디지털 문화유산 기술의 발전과 보급 전략 수립에 있어 중요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

This paper, set against the backdrop of cultural heritage digitization technologies, constructs a model for studying user acceptance of these technologies based on the UTAUT theory. It empirically explores the factors influencing user technology acceptance. Internal user factors, such as usage experience and voluntariness, are included as moderating variables to further investigate how different user characteristics impact their technology acceptance. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Process were used to test the influence paths and moderating effects. The results indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions all have a significant positive relationship with behavioral intention. In particular, the integration of digital technologies with cultural heritage, which brings a sense of spatial presence, and the helpfulness of artificial intelligence, significantly enhance users’ behavioral intentions. Additionally, the effect of facilitating conditions on usage attitude shows a significant positive relationship. Moderating effect analysis reveals that user experience significantly influences the relationship between facilitating conditions and behavioral intention as well as usage attitude. Voluntariness significantly impacts the relationship between facilitating conditions and behavioral intention, showing a positive promoting effect. Overall, users demonstrate a high level of technology acceptance toward cultural heritage digitization, and by improving users’ experience and voluntariness, their intention and attitude toward technology use under facilitating conditions can be further enhanced.
