dc.description.abstract | To effectively manage safety at construction sites, owners need knowledge of safety rules and their implications for different types of construction work. They require access to safety management data in an easy-to-use and interpreted format through specific tools. However, safety management materials at construction sites are vast and scattered, complicating supervisors’ ability to review and utilize them during tasks. This study aims to develop a safety management database linkage platform that meets the needs of construction site managers and supervisors and makes it easier to use in real life. This will be done by creating a database that organizes safety management data by work type and a time-series work type classification system for apartment construction projects. The platform systematically organizes safety management data according to various work types. Its dashboard, meticulously crafted with user requirements in mind, presents comprehensive information regarding safety obligations for owners at each project phase while facilitating intuitive access to safety management data categorized by work type. This platform has received validation from industry experts. Future endeavors are expected to focus on creating a safety management system that is specifically tailored to each work type, enabling practical implementation, and integrating risk factors derived from real-world accident case data. © International Journal of Sustainable Building Technology and Urban Development. | - |
