dc.description.abstract | This study analyzed the operational challenges experienced by truck drivers during the digital transformation of NGL Transportation. Specifically, drivers struggled with the adoption of NGL Go, an application developed to support this transformation. To identify the difficulties related to adoption, this study collected and categorized instances of barriers encountered by drivers. Training sessions and Q&A meetings were conducted both to assist drivers in adopting the app and to gather feedback on the challenges they faced while using it. The analysis revealed that the main obstacles were technical issues, drivers’ passive attitudes, and insufficient policy alignment for digital transformation. To address these issues, this study proposes UI improvements, targeted Q&A sessions informed by app usage logs, and predefined workflows aligned across office staff to reduce the adoption period and minimize confusion among drivers. | - |
