dc.description.abstract | This study aims to propose the integrated sociality assessment criteria considering life cycle aspect on sustainable building. For this purpose, Guidelines for Social Life Cycle Assessment of Products by UNEP(United Nations Environment Programme) were used to adopt categories by stakeholders which are Worker, Consumer, Local community, Society and Value Chain Actors. Also, relation analysis between UNEP S-LCA and GRI G4 was conducted to figure out the sub-categories and the topics corresponding with each stakeholder. BREEAM, LEED and G-SEED were also analyzed by frequency to deduce the criteria assessing building social performance. As a result, 33 impact topics and 12 performance topics under 5 stakeholders and each sub-category were deduced for the integrated S-LCA. | - |
