복합문화공간을 통한 도시재생 활성화에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the urban regeneration plans through a complex cultural space. To suggest the recent paradigm of complex cultural space, this study classified the ratio of the space program and analyzed the major programs and contents. In the past, the ratio of the functional programs, such as exhibition space occupied. However, nowadays, ratio of the cultural contents and the cultural space that is periodically planned were increased, and it seems cultural space aimed at promoting the local community. A case of urban regeneration through a complex cultural space in the successful implementation of a increasing local community derived what architectural elements socio-cultural factors. Selected cultural space is Tate Modern located in London and Oita Prefecture Art Museum in Japan. After suggesting the recent paradigm of complex cultural space, this study selected the site for the slow progress of urbanization and socialize. This study planned a complex cultural space suitable for the surrounding flow to regenerate the urban.
