상 그룹 집중권 권선을 이용한 FSPMM의 극수 슬롯수 조합에 따른 특성 비교

dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 상 그룹 집중권 권선법(Phase-Group Concent rated-Winding)을 이용한 FSPMM의 극수 슬롯수들을 서로 다르게 조합하여, 이들에 대한 각 특성 들을 해석하였다. 전동기의 토크를 높이기 위해 상 그룹 집중권 권선법을 적용하였으며, FSPMM의 특성상 높은 코깅토크와 토크리플을 저감하기 위해 최적의 슬롯수 극수 조합을 구하였다. 최적의 조합을 구하기 위해 비교된 여러 극수 슬롯수 조합들은 각 상 그룹에 속하는 코일의 개수와 그룹의 수에 따라 구성되었다. 또한, 특정 식을 사용하여 모델의 분포계수가 1이면서 동시에 역기전력이 정현파가 되도록 설계하였다. 각 조합들의 특성비교를 위한 해석은 2차원 유한요소법해석을 사용하였다. 유한요소법 해석을 통해 해석된 코깅토크, 토크리플, 평균토크, 토크밀도 등을 서로 비교하여 각 조합에 따른 모델의 특성들을 확인하였다. | - |
