Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the exchange relationship between student equestrian riding and leader on the impact of the impact of the impact on the empowerment and school life satisfaction. In this study, 243 online surveys were collected, and student player were targeted at middle school, high school and university students nationwide. Using stability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, the data analysis was made. The analysis results are as follows. First, the contribution and emotional bond of LMX influenced the meaning of Impowerment. Second, the contribution affected of LMX activeness the activeness of school life satisfaction. The findings are aimed at expecting the development of Korean horseback riding due to the growth of student equestrian player.
