- Abstract
- Recent environmental-load reduction research the perspective of life cycle has been conducted on the green building remodeling. However, because of most buildings are concentrated in energy consumption of the operation phase and economic analysis, building the environmental-load reduction the perspective of life cycle be incompleted. The purpose of this study is to the development of environmental impact database on the major interior/exterior materials of skin apartment housing for green remodeling. For this study, input materials of the skin combination of 14 plan types of apartment housing were utilized by building energy-saving design standard analysis and construction statement of actual housing remodeling site. Also, input materials were constructed by environmental impact database to the utilizing National LCI DB and overseas LCI DB. Hereafter, analysed databased of interior/exterior materials would be available considering on the remodeling the perspective of life cycle for selected the best alternative
