dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to suggest a life cycle carbon emission assessment model for remodeling building. For this purpose, the remodeling former and after of the evaluated building were defined as the standard building and evaluated building. The life cycle stage of the remodeling buildings were reviewed, and the carbon emission assessment model and index that is consisting of embodied and operational carbon emission was established. In addition, the applicability of carbon emission assessment model and index were reviewed through a case study. As a result, the quantative life cycle carbon emission and carbon emission index of the remodeling building ware derived.-
