dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we propose the method to reduce flickering artifact in video contrast enhancement. The whole process of the proposed method is similar to FGLG(Fast Gray-Level Grouping). However the proposed method performs group range smoothing phase, because grouping of FGLG causes flickering artifact. In experiment, the proposed method is compared with FGLG and demonstrates the performance of enhancement and flickering artifact reduction. | - |
