Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship among commitment and exercise satisfaction according to leadership type of tennis coach. The participants of this study consisted of 299 people selected from using people for tennis in GyeongsangBukdo area. Using SPSS 18.0 version for Window, frequence analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α, Pearson's correlation analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study are as follows. First, according to the statistical results to leader type on the population of tennis participants, there proved to be partially notable differences in democracy social behavior. The differences in democracy social behavior differs among groups: 1) age, 2) exercise commitment, and 3) a monthly salary. There proved to be partially notable differences in cognitive commitment differs among groups: 1) exercise commitment, 2) job, and actional commitment differs exercise commitment. There proved to be partially notable differences(mental satisfaction and exercise commitment). Second, there proved to be notable effect in the relationship between the tennis coaches' leader type and exercise commitment: particularly, authority behavior / affirmative compensation behavior come out the positive(+) factors for cognitive devotion and an actional devotion. But democracy social behavior come out the negative(-) factors for cognitive devotion. There proved to be notable effect in the relationship between the tennis coaches' leader type and satisfaction: particularly, authority behavior / affirmative compensation behavior come out the positive(+) factors for mental satisfaction, social satisfaction and physical satisfaction. But democracy social behavior come out the negative(-) factors for mental satisfaction, social satisfaction and physical satisfaction. Third, there proved to be notable effect in the relationship between the tennis exercise commitment and satisfaction.
