dc.description.abstract | Numerous industrial facilities involve the installation of load transformers with their respective loads. As these loads are engaged or dis-engaged, their transformers are also connected and dis-connected. An inrush current which typically occurs when the transformer is switched-in, can easily be observed for an inverter feeding such load transformers. This paper proposes a current control scheme to eliminate inrush current phenomenon for an inverter feeding multiple load transformers. The proposed current control scheme is validated by the simulation results and simulations are performed through MATLAB/Simulink. | - |
