| dc.description.abstract | 촉매와 효소의 반응을 동시에 수행하는 DKR법이 chiral분자를 합성하는 연구에 많이 접목되고 있다. 촉매는 균일계 전이금속 chiral촉매로서 상업적으로 널리 쓰이기에는 제조단가, 재사용에 있어서 많은 제약이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 augustine의 담지 방법을 적용하여, heteropoly acid를 anchoring agent로서 불균일계 촉매를 제조하고, 효소와 함께 1-phenylethanol의 DKR을 진행하였다. Base첨가, 용매, 반응물 농도 등 다양한 공정변수로 반응의 특성을 알아보았다. | - |
