- Abstract
- This study has doubted the current method of recording the figures of the result through two measurements using the implementation manual when conducting the existing agility test. Therefore, repeated trial was carried out by extending the number of implementation of agility test by 4 times including the side steps and 10m shuttle run. Also, in order to observe fast changes in figures according to the application of rest time between the implemented tests, rest times of 0, 3, 6, and 9 minutes. The following are results gained from the test.
First, 4 times of side step test in agility test were conducted and rest times of 0, 3, 6, and 9 minutes were applied in between. According to the results of the <Table 2>, there were no statistically significant differences shown (F=1.80, p>.05).
Second, 4 times of 10m shuttle run in agility test were conducted and rest times of 0, 3, 6, and 9 minutes were applied in between. According to the <Table 3>, there were slight differences in average, but showed no statistically significant differences (F=1.69, p>.05).
Third, there were no significant differences shown in the correlation (r=.134, p>.05) between the side step and 10m shuttle run in agility test, there is no relation between two as an agility test.
