주요 건축자재를 대상으로 한 공동주택 생산과정의 표준 온실가스 배출량 산정에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to estimate of standard GHG emissions of apartment houses production stage focused on main building materials as part of the development of building embodied GHG assessment system. For this study, 60 apartment houses were set to the sample and the major building material was analyze based on the material take-off. In addition, the amount of main building material were analyze and standard GHG emissions were evaluated using basic unit of the Korea LCI DB. For the validity check of standard GHG emissions, we analyze the GHG emission according to the characteristic for each apartment houses and comparison. As a result, the standard of GHG emissions were drawn to 412.7kg-CO2eq/m2 .
