Abstract

Recently, Car Navigation system is changing from simply informing driver’s position to multinational product. Despite these development of functions, yet car navigation interface design has risk factor that undermine driver’s safety. In this context, car navigation system interface design should be more intuitive. Before designing for improvements of intuitiveness, it is necessary to figure out the relationship of car navigation interface factors and intuitiveness. In this study, a connection between visual factors of car navigation interface and intuitiveness (i.e. affordance) is handled.
