| dc.description.abstract | 그르노블 연구소의 프랑스의 문화 정책에 대한 발표에 대해 한국과 아시아의 문화 정책에 대하여 발표하였다. 특히 `한류`에 대한 한국의 문화 정책과 이의 파급과 영향, 문화 공동체 형성에 대한 영향을 중점적으로 발표하였다. 프랑스의 문화정책이 프랑스 국민의 아이덴티티형성에 이용되고 점차 문화의 지방분권화에 대한 시도를 하였을 때 국가 예산의 1%에 달하는 정부 예산을 확대한 사실에 주목하고 다양한 이민문화와 섞인 프랑스 문화의 시사점과 국가 주도형의 문화 정책과 지방자치체와의 파트너쉽에 대해 한국의 문화정책의 의미를 어떻게 파악할 것인가에 대한 주제 발표를 하였다. | - |
