모바일 메신저 디자인의 메뉴 구조에서 사용자 감성 특징에 대한 연구 - 카카오에서의 20대 여성 사용자를 중심으로

Abstract

현재 모바일 메신저는 디지털 시대에서 다양하게 소통할 수 있는 필수 매체이다. 특히 모바일 메신저의 경우 20대 사용자가 많다. 그리고 최근의 모바일 메신저는 이전보다 메뉴 구조는 간단하지만, 특히 20대 여성 사용자의 경우 성별이 추구하는 감성적 특성 상 동일한 모바일 메신저 남성 사용자에 비해 선호하는 메뉴 기능에 차이가 있기 때문에 좀 더 그 특성에 맞춘 모바일 메신저 메뉴 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 메신저 메뉴 디자인 사용에 있어 20대 여성 사용자 감성적 특성에 따라 어떤 사용 차이 가 있는지를 알아보고 그 개선방향을 생각하고자 했다.

At present, mobile messenger is an essential medium for various communication in the digital era. Especially, the mobile messenger finds most of its users in their 20s. And recent mobile messenger has a simpler menu structure than before. But the female users in their 20s show a difference in their favored menu functions from the male users of the same mobile messenger because the female users have different emotional needs. So, it is needed to develop a mobile messenger menu customized to the specific needs of the female users. Therefore, this study examines the difference the female users in their 20s show in the use of the menu design of mobile messenger according to their emotional traits and considers some points to improve.
