- Abstract
- Two parameters of a point spread function (PSF) are the length and angle of the blur kernel. The deblurring performance is affected by the estimation accuracy of the two PSF parameters. In this paper, we propose a method of the PSF parameters estimation and the image reconstruction by using the periodicity of motion blurred images in the frequency domain and propose the reconstruction method using the proposed post-processing for reducing ringing artifacts. Experimental results show that the proposed method estimates the PSF parameters more accurately than the existing ones. (C) 2012 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.
