| dc.description.abstract | 데이터 변환기는 아날로그와 디지털을 연결해 주는 중요한 전자회로이다. 그 성능에 따라 디지털 프로세서의 동작정확도가 결정되는 역할을 한다. 그러나 정밀한 데이터 변환기의 설계는 집적회로내의 각종 고장 발생에 의해 성능이 저하되게 된다. 특히 트랜지스터의 오차, 저항 커패시터등 수동 소자의 오차등은 전체 변환기의 동작을 좌우한다. 본 발표에서는 이러한 고장요인들이 변환기에 미치는 영향을 분석 발표한다. | - |
