| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 기존의 스테핑형 적층구조 3자유도 모터의 회전 스텝을 더욱 정밀하게 세분화하여 원하는 위치에 접근하도록 스텝모드를 제안하였다. 스위칭 여자 방법에 대해 이론적으로 접근하여 스텝모드를 얻었고, 그 이론을 토대로 기본적인 회전자와 고정자의 여자 방법 및 스텝의 동작을 제어기와 각도측정기를 이용하여 간단한 실험으로 확인하였다. | - |
