dc.description.abstractThe influence of a third component as a compatibilizer on the morphology and mechanical properties of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) - isotactic polypropylene(iPP) thermoplastic blends was investigated. Addition of chlorinated polyethylene as a compatibilizer to the blends reduces the size of dispersed domains with narrower particle size distribution and improves the mechanical properties of the blends significantly.-
