- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among non-verbal communication, trust, and participation satisfaction. It was to set the teaching strategy for golf teaching professionals. For this purpose, this study was conducted to 320 subjects participating in golf lesson and 286 samples were actually analyzed. The data were analyzed with frequency analysis, reliability test, CFA, correlation analysis, SEM analysis, and bootstrapping method by SPSSWIN Ver. 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. The statistical significance level was set at α<.05. Results are as follows: First, golf teaching professional's non-verbal communication was found to have a significant influence on trust. Second, golf teaching professional's non-verbal communication was found to have a significant influence on participation satisfaction. Third, trust was found to have a significant influence on participation satisfaction. Moreover, non-verbal communication has a direct effect on participation satisfaction as well as indirect effect through trust.
