dc.description.abstract | The detection of small targets in infrared image is one of the most important issue in military field. However, it is a difficult task in complex background with various clutters. In this paper, a novel clutter suppression method based on discrete cosine transform(DCT) for small target detection is proposed. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves better performance than conventional methods. | - |
